The discussion of this Tuning Car article is a little different this time. Because, this time Accelera will discuss the car that won various Adventure Off-Road competitions in Indonesia, named "Tuxedo".

Tuxedo is a tubular chassis car that is Asep Mulyadi's mainstay weapon as a driver to conquer Adventure Off-Road events, precisely in the G2 class.

The Tuxedo combination is arguably unique. Because, Tuxedo uses a Honda K24 engine from Honda Odyssey, a car that is far from the word off-road. This engine then goes through polish treatment to increase its performance.

For the suspension, Tuxedo wears a Profender shock with 10" and 12" travel in front and rear, allowing it to traverse the track with ease.

Then, custom steel wheels with beadlock are also installed to ensure that Accelera Badak X-Treme tyres measuring 31x10.5-15 do not come off when cornering quickly.

The Accelera Badak X-Treme tyres should indeed be paired with a beadlock, because for maximum traction, Asep chose to reduce the pressure to 11 psi. Then, the tyres have also been regrooved to make it stronger to bite the track surface.

This combination of Asep's mainstay weapons also won several achievements, namely:

Pembahasan Tuning Car kali ini sedikit berbeda dari biasanya. Karena, kali ini Accelera akan membahas mobil yang menjuarai berbagai kompetisi Adventure Off-Road di Indonesia, yakni “Tuxedo”.

Tuxedo adalah mobil bersasis tubular yang menjadi senjata andalan Asep Mulyadi sebagai pengemudi untuk menaklukkan ajang Adventure Off-Road, tepatnya di kelas G2.

Kombinasi Tuxedo bisa dibilang unik. Karena, Tuxedo menggunakan mesin Honda K24 dari Honda Oddyssey, sebuah mobil yang jauh dari kata off-road. Mesin ini kemudian melalui treatment polished untuk menambah performanya.

Untuk kaki-kaki, Tuxedo mengenakan shock Profender dengan travel 10” dan 12” di depan dan belakang, membuatnya dapat melibas trek dengan mudah.

Kemudian, dipasang juga velg kaleng custom dengan beadlock guna memastikan ban Accelera Badak X-Treme berukuran 31x10.5-15 tidak terlepas ketika menikung dengan cepat.

Ban Accelera Badak X-Treme tersebut memang sebaiknya dipasangkan dengan beadlock, karena untuk traksi maksimal, Asep memilih untuk mengurangi tekanan hingga ke 11 psi. Kemudian, ban juga telah di regroove agar semakin kuat menggigit permukaan trek.
